Get
your Nibble on the Bass Tub
The
Bass Tub is a 50 foot fiberglass vessel and is U.S. Coast
Guard certified. The Bass Tub is one of the most comfortable
sportfishing boats in the San Francisco Bay. For your
comfort we offer a heated cabin, microwave to heat your
lunch or beverage, TV and VCR.
The catch is striped bass, halibut, reds,
blues, lings and things! For those of you with queasy
stomachs our trips are mostly in the San Francisco Bay. We
are now departing at 7 A.M.
from berth 4 at San Francisco
Fisherman's Wharf near Jefferson & Jones Streets. Please
check in by 6:15 so we can leave the dock on time.

Seasons
April - November
We leave from
Fisherman's Wharf from April
through November at 7 A.M. We will be targeting Halibit
April through Juna. Then in June through November we offer a
full day of potluck fishing for Striped Bass, Halibut,
Salmon and Rockcod.
For those
days when you want to blast out of work early we have summer
P.M. trips 3:00 to dusk.
November
- April
Like to sleep in and still get in a solid day
fishing? During the winter and early spring we leave from
Western Boat Shop in San
Rafael at 8 A.M. daily. We do anchor fishing for famous San
Pablo Bay monster Sturgeon and Striped Bass.
Prices
Bait is included with the price
of all fishing trips, (live of course!). The cost is $60.00
per person. Rod and reel rental is $5.00. Sinker and leader
(full tackle kit) are $5.00 each. The daily summer potluck
charter rate for up to 20 people is $1200.00 with all rod
and reel rentals free. Children under the age of twelve are
$35.00.
If
you have a special occasion, i.e. birthday, bachelor party.
funeral or a Bay tour we are certified for up to 44 people.
